WellRep is a habit tracker built around weekly targets instead of daily streaks. Pick the few things you want more of and less of, log them as they happen, and watch one ring fill up.
Free on iPhone, Apple Watch and Android. No ads, no tracking.

Pick up to five habits. Start from a common one or make your own, in any unit.
Set an amount you would be pleased to hit, not your best week ever. It is easier to raise later than to keep missing.
Tap a habit and add what you did, from your phone or your wrist.
Each arc shows how one habit is doing, and the score in the middle sums up the week.
Some habits you want more of, with a weekly target to reach. Others you want less of, with a weekly budget to stay inside. Both count toward the same score.

Less of
A budget is not a ban. Stay inside it for full marks. Going over lowers the score gradually, and it only reaches zero at double the budget.
The WellRep Score is the average of how well you are keeping each habit, from 0 to 100. Mid-week it is read against the days that have happened, not against the whole week.
6 weeks streak
Every week at 60 or more adds to your streak, and the week in progress never breaks it. Clear a milestone for the first time and the app celebrates with you.

Tap an arc to open that habit. Log the week right there, and see its last twelve weeks as bars against your target line.
The rail above the ring runs back through your last twelve weeks. Tap one and the ring shows how that week went, habit by habit.

The Apple Watch app shows this week's ring. Tap a habit, set the amount with the Digital Crown and log it, without reaching for your phone.
Add the week's score as a mini ring or a corner gauge, and see how the week is going every time you check the time.

Starting mid-week is fine. The score only reads the days that have happened, so this week still counts.
